central location helpful staff appointed room
the location is superb, offering easy access to key attractions. the staff was very helpful with directions and local tips. i found the comfort double room to be well-appointed and clean.

The location was really good, close to the main attractions. The staff were very friendly! A room facing the inner patio had a good sound proof window. I enjoyed peaceful nights.
The heating in the room did not work very well. It was cold. I noticed there was only one chair in the room. There were no coffee or tea facilities available, unfortunately.

central stay
direct train metro stop nearby restaurant alexander platz
the hotel sits close to a train station , providing direct access to the airport. a metro stop with multiple lines is also a short walk. many restaurants surround the area. i found it convenient, especially since it was near alexander platz.
i noticed the heating in my room wasn't working properly , leaving the space a bit cold. only one chair was provided. coffee or tea making facilities were absent.

the staff seemed helpful , especially at the front desk , answering questions about transportation. they were willing to provide assistance. i appreciated their readiness to help guests navigate the area and address any concerns.
